Technology is a beautiful thing. The Pierce family is beautiful. The two together are amazing! We now have our own place on the web to call home so that our many miles apart don't seem so far. We'll keep in touch with current events of family members as well as plan and organize upcoming events. Here's our place to share little stories, recipes, and even pictures.

Wishing da Man...
Hey Y'all!Did you remember that today is Shane Allen's birthday? I know I saw several wishes on his FB page. I added mine to the growing list. But thought I would add one here as well. I finally was able to connect to the 'net. This gol-durned thing is enough to drive a person insane.
Anyways...while I still can, Happy Birthday Dear Shanie Boy!!!

What a sweet thing to do. I was fortunate enough to get to take him out to a late night supper and spend the evening with him. He helped me burn the midnight oil working and then helped me load my furniture into his suburban to take for reupholstering the next morning. As always, giving and helping someone else. Not that I'm a proud mama or nuthin, but I must say he is one of the finest young men I know, and we are all blessed to have him in our lives. I reckon we are blessed to have so many fine young men and women in our lives. We aint done too bad, eh? Happy Birthday again, sweet boy. We love you!

I figured that you would get to spend part of the day with him. You is lucky. Ok, so is he. :)
What are you getting reupholstered? The chairs? I need to bring my ottomans down to get done as well.
Yup, we is blessed with our youngins. God knew what he was doing when he blessed us all with each other.
